Nutmeg Whole is an egg-shaped, seed of a yellow fruit, which is sweetish in taste. It is simlar to mace, but slightly sweeter. Nutmeg contains essential oil and it is used in perfumery and the medicine world. Nutmeg is traditionally used in mulled cider, mulled wine and eggnog.
