Millet is a staple food in countries all around the world. Millet is ground into flour in India, called "Bajari", which is used in many foods such as rotis and flatbreads (naan).
In China, millet is commonly used in millet porridge.
Millet can be consumed as a sweet dish, with milk and sugar (added in at the end of cooking process). Or, it can be eaten savory, with meat and vegetables.
