Ingredients » Sweet Corn - 50 g ( 1/2 Medium Katori); » French Beans - 15 gm (2-3 Nos.) finely chopped » Finely chopped cabbage 1 tbsp » Finely chopped capsicum 1 tbsp + No Onion No Garlic Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup Mix Method » Mix entire pack of soup mix to 1 cup (150 ml) of water and keep aside. » Take 4 cups (600 ml) of water in a pan. Add finely chopped vegetables and sweet corn (part quantity crushed and remaining whole) and cook for 7-8 minutes. » Add soup mix paste, stir well and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot with soya sauce and green chilli sauce.
