Poori (Puri) is a deliciously made bread that puffs up when it is cooked. Enjoy it with all types of Indian food such as sabji, chicken 65, or even kababs. These breads may be stuff with all kinds of goodies like rice, alu (potatoes), kheema, vegetable dishes, and many more! Easy to make and easy to serve. Simply fry it in oil until it puffs up, flip it over and then serve.
