Ingredients

Salmon 1 lb
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 3 tbsp
Salt

Details

Wash and clean the fish. Make incisions with a sharp knife on the fish. keep it aside. Take a bowl, add oil, chili powder,lemon juice, salt and mix well. Apply this marinate onto the fish and refrigerate for three to four hours. Pre heat the oven at 350 F and cook the fish for 30 min.
