To Make Pani Puri: Place Puris in a dish and make a small hole in the top of each one. Half fill the Puris with Boodis, add some tamarind chutney, and then spoon in the Pani Puri water to taste. Serve immediately. For a delicious alternative, half fill the puris with mashed boiled potatoes, boodis, chopped onions, fresh coriander leaves and a pinch of salt. Rest of the procedure is same as above.
