Coconut Chutney | Recipe

Ingredients

Coconut 1 cup (freshly grated)
Green chilies 2
Split Channa dal 2 tbsp
water 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves 5
Oil
Salt

Details

Grind coconut grated, green chilies, salt ,water, split channa dal together. Blend the mixture until it forms a coarse paste. Transfer it to a bowl. Heat the oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and urad dal. When the seeds start spluttering, add the curry leaves. Quickly stir the mustard seed mixture into the pureed coconut mixture.
