Ingredients Required: 2lb chicken (cubed), green chilli (20 whole pieces), pinch of salt, 1/2 cup of oil or ghee, 1 cup of yogurt, fresh curry leaves (6-8 branches)
1. Mix chicken cubes with Chicken 65 Masala thoroughly. Fry pieces and remove.
2. Take 1/2 cup of oil or ghee, pinch of salt, and fry green chilli and curry leaves in remaining oil.
3. Add 1 cup of yogurt and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add fried chicken and cover pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until gravy thickens. Serve and enjoy!
